We specialise in providing tailor-made, curriculum based visits and are happy to help you select appropriate activities according to your pupils’ needs.

We do all the hard work, so you can relax and enjoy the day with your pupils.

On arrival you will meet your very own Assistant for the day, and guide your group around the farm, ensuring that your visit is as personalised as possible.  

They will be on-hand to answer all of your questions and queries and ensure that your day runs smoothly

Teachers are responsible for the children in their group at ALL times.

Clothing we recommend that all visitors come prepared according to the weather conditions.  Sturdy shoes or wellington boots, and waterproof jackets are a must when dealing with the unpredictable British weather!


General Points

•Encourage children to wash hands thoroughly with soap and water, especially before eating.

•Children should be supervised at all times when using the play areas and the ‘Rules of Play’ must be adhered to.

•Please take note of any safety signs.

•The Fire Assembly Point is outside the front entrance in the car park.

Farms for Schools - Codes of Practice:


•Registered with local Health and Safety Executive and Environmental Health Office.

•Possess Public Liability and appropriate Employers Liability Insurance.

•Toilet and Hand Washing facilities in accordance with HSE Guidelines (HSE Information Sheet No. 23 Avoiding ill health at open farms - Advice to teachers).

•Regular attention to animals by Veterinary Surgeon
